Our 2 night stay at Rooms36 was excellent. The house has been beautifully and tastefully refurbished. Our bed was very comfortable and bedroom and bathroom spotless. Breakfast fabulous, with very good quality ingredients. Lovely warm welcome from Andy and Charlotte(and Kate!). Only potential problem may be parking when Keswick is busy, but it wasn't a problem for us. Very handy location for town centre.

We have not yet stayed at the much refurbished Room36 as it is not fully open, but we have been round it and have seen the stunning improvements that have been made. A welcoming and comfortable home from home and a very warm welcome from Andy and Charlotte.
