Seymour House B & B offers you high quality accommodation, in the beautiful market town of Keswick, in the Heart of the English Lakes.

Seymour House is set in a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking Hope Park and is one of the closest B&Bs to Keswick’s Theatre by the Lake. We are situated only 2 minutes flat walk from Keswick town centre and Derwentwater, the "Queen of the Lakes", with its fine views and water activities.

All bedrooms have en-suite facilities, colour TV's, hospitality trays and central heating. There is also free car parking directly outside the Guest House from 4.00 pm to 10.00 am.

Seymour House B&B is dog friendly and also open over Christmas and New Year.

Full English breakfast is served from 8.00 am to 9.00 am. Alternatively, you may request a continental breakfast (of cereal, toast, tea or coffee), from 7.00 am - 10.00 am. Our Breakfast consists of locally sourced, fresh, free-range produce. We cater for all diets, but we may need some prior notice to source some special products.
